Holy hell, Steven Soderbergh knows how to induce anxiety. Much like he did with Unsane he has crafted a ball of tension, in terms of characters mental anguish, thematic turmoil, and the overall situations that drive the film. I love low key Soderbergh as much as i love big budget Soderbergh. When he does films like this, it harkens back to what fueled indie cinema in the 80s & 90s. He is now two for two with his HBO Max films after No Sudden Move, but this is possibly my favorite film of his since Oceans Eleven.
