Ryan Coogler continues to be an eclectic filmmaker. He put alot of heart into Black Panther, made the Creed series stand on their own, now he is back once again with Michael B Jordan for sinners. A horror crime western that has every shot and every bit of sound having meaning. He has crafted a film much like From Dusk Til Dawn, where you get one story the first half, and a different genre the next. It's about history, it's about culture, it's topical and it is great.
