Growing up I loved Adam Sandler on SNL and I loved Happy Gilmore. Besides the Wedding Singer and Air Heads there weren't any other Sandler comedies I. Really enjoyed. I dug Billy Madison but it's so annoying at times. Now almost 30 years later we get Happy Gilmore 2, and I wasn't too stoked. Regardless I went to Subway cause my girlfriend and I thought it'd be fun to eat those while watching this.....and we had a great time. This is a fun flick, this is a funny flick. Good callbacks to the original, fun cameos, the plot works. Bad Bunny steals every scene he is in. Is this the resurrection of the Sand Man? Also seeing Ben Safdie in this, in a major role was quite mind blowing.
