The Day of the Lord, like many exorcism films, is by the numbers. By time anything interesting happens in the last act the viewer has already checked investment. There is slow burn then there is nothing happens, and the first hour nothing happens. The final act is jumbled as fuck, but atleast there is a sexy demonic lap dance for what it is worth.
