Dazed & Confused is a masterpiece, i love Richard Linklater but alot of his work is spotty. When he announced a spiritual sequel to Dazed i was stoked. The trailer looked great and the time is upon us. Watching this it does indeed feel like a Dazed companion piece of sorts, the characters, the sports, the girls, the setting, the music, the parties.....however it left me wanting me. I felt so underwhelmed by this, i wanted it to be my favorite ANYTHING of the year. I had plans to see this multiple times but honestly i don't know if i want to revisit it.
