Boogeyman feels like a Shudder film, i wish that was a compliment. I wish Shudder films were better than theatrical films, some are, but most have a tired feel to them....as does Boogeyman. Stephen King adaptations are more miss than hit and this is no different. Very bland plot, wooden acting, it feels like a early/mid 00s horror film in all the worse ways.
