DC has delivered their best animated film in years, a mixture of Batman bullet points & anime love. I'm not a huge anime fan, but i do like some, this here pays perfect tribute. Not only does it show love to anime, but also kaiju flicks & giant robts like Ultraman, Gundam & Power Rangers. This is easily the most batshit Bat oriented film, show since probably Batman & Robin. Monkeys playing flutes, time travel, Joker losing his memory, all surrounded by violent acts of gunshots, swordplay & awesome martial arts? This is not the Batman film we deserve, but it is the one we need right now!
