Barry is a good show, not a great show. It is a good show with great moments. It can be funny, but like many sitcoms these days, it is stripped of humor at times, not as bad as Atlanta, but still not a pure sitcom. The great moments come from the violence, and this show has plenty of violence. It comes at shocking times and hits hard. The cast is good, Bill Hader is great as a tortured vet/hitman that wants to move on and be an actor. The best moment of acting is from his breakdown after shooting his best friend, who in turn was freaking out over shooting someone to save their own lives.The way the show ends is almost a perfect way to end the series, that shit can remain the same, or it can be kept quiet. I am not sure if i will watch a second season, but the first was definitely good.
