I grew up with this show, i loved this show, to me it was a reflection of a real family on tv, oh plus they had amazing Halloween episodes. The new batch, is hit & miss, when it works it is great, when it misses, it surely sucks. The cast is having a blast, which is the main thing, the political undertones are a a bit annoying. The right wing vs left wing was fun at first but some was too far right, some was too far left, but hey, atleast the show has smarts. It did tackle issues in a perfect way as usual, and some were pretty powerful. The nods to the originals were good, especially the fact that they wink at how good their halloween episodes were, but hey, i'm biased!
