Thor: Love & Thunder

MCU is on a hot streak, their previous two films were awesome, and Thor: Love & Thunder adds to that. None of the Thor films are perfect, the human aspects of the first two bog them down, and some of the humor in Ragnaok don't stick and those same issues pop up on here. Some of the jokes are cringe, looking at you hand grenade, but luckily the more Earth based characters are non existent. Thor films work best in Asgard and in space, and we get plenty of cosmic Marvel goodness here. Some of the MCU's more striking visuals are in this, and not just Tessa Thompson, but the space whales and the entire b&w moments are beautiful. The Guardians are still my favorite in the MCU and their scenes are perfect GOTG moments plus they don't overstay their welcome giving time to other characters. MCU has also been doing better villains lately, and Christian Bale as Gorr is no exception. He has layers, feels menacing and Bale, as always, knocks it out. The film has a great soundtrack, cool battles, a fun vibe and alot of heart.
