I almost wrote this show off cause of the original, then i watched the trailer last week, glad i did, cause this show fills the Stranger Things void. It's like an R rated Harry Potter with elements of the Adams Family. The show is oozing in horror film references and is beyond atmospheric, the jokes work, the gore is plenty and the characters are perfectly developed. This show is endlessly entertaining, if you're a horror fan, you'll find plenty to love, if you're not, maybe you'll be bridged into discovering some of the classics.
