The Ballad of Buster Scruggs is the best Coen Brothers film since Inside Llewyn Davis, sure it is only two films ago, but Hail Caesar did nothing for me. This isn't just a return to form for them, it is also Coens unhinged. Are you a fan of screwball Coen humor? You got it. Are you a fan of Coen brothers violence? You got it. Musicals? Boom, you got it. This is one of the most Coen...Coen Brothers films they have made.It is the Creepshow of westerns, funny & macabre.
