Jolt might be the best of the current wave of women on a mission films(well non DC & Marvel i should say) but that doesn't mean it is a good film. The plot is dumb, there is some cringe acting and the fights are choppy but it is dumb fun. Kate Beckinsale honestly does some of her best work here, she shows mass charisma. There is one scene, i'll call it the baby scene, that is the most far fetched scene in recent memory, almost takes you out of the movie all together. It's a quick watch though, it starts off awesome and ends pretty decent but the middle hour is eye roll central.
